I work with women, who wish to make peace with their bodies, cultivate self-love, amplify their personal freedom and connect with their inner joy. My clients have different reasons for working with me, but one thing everyone seems to have in common is a desire to start loving themselves, their bodies and their entire lives.
Based on my education, courses and extensive life experiences I’ve developed a wide skill set and a very diverse toolbox of healing and therapeutic modalities, which lets me easily help and guide you through the process of healing your relationship with yourself. I base my approach to you on the mind/body connection through bodywork, counseling, nutrition, mindfulness and body awareness exercises.
Online therapy sessions are app. 60 mins long and consist of counseling, coaching and exercises such as body awareness exercises, mindfulness and meditation.
We will use Skype, FaceTime, What’sApp or Viber.
