Chronic stress is a mental, emotional and physical response to perceived demands from yourself and/or the environment that exceed your sense of capability.
If you suffer from chronic stress, you might have trouble relaxing, winding down, even sleeping. Maybe your heart is often racing from surges of adrenaline rushing through your body at seemingly “unimportant” events. Maybe you have a feeling of overwhelm, anxiety and uneasiness. Maybe you find yourself forgetting things, feeling more emotional, less happy.
Some stress is unavoidable and a natural part of our lives – chronic stress never is and should be taken seriously. If you would like to heal your chronic stress and once again experience life from a state of joy and peace, I would love to guide you through the process. As I’ve had my own journey healing from chronic stress, I have first hand experience with what you’re going through.
If you’re feeling depressed, you may be experiencing a sense of hopelessness, emptiness or despair, maybe also extreme sadness. Depression often interferes with activities of daily life and can manifest itself through physical pain and discomfort as well as emotional and mental symptoms.

Together we’ll find the best tools, and I’ll be by your side every step of the way, supporting you and guiding you through your journey back to living life to the fullest and transforming your depression into joy. There’s always a yin to a yang and as depressed as you may be feeling, as joyful and happy you are able to feel.
